British Lung Foundation
Every Moment - TV Commercial
The Brief
The British Lung Foundation is raising awareness of their charity and wishes to increase donations. Their new campaign proposition is ‘An end to suffering’ which will give future generations affected by lung conditions hope for a better life.
Our brief was to produce a campaign leading, branded response, television commercial for the British Lung Foundation, bringing their fundraising agency’s idea to life.
The Idea
Blonde’s response to the brief was to create a commercial that would appeal to the target audience of people over the age of forty.
Our aim was to create a strong sense of empathy but also hope. Contrasting a sombre start to the film with an uplifting end hopefully leaving the audience with an inspired feeling to give back and leave a legacy.
A film with a natural feel, where the environment and actors feel real and accessible to the audience. Characters from all over the country, diverse in culture and gender. The film finds what they share, what makes them relatable is that they are all sufferers.
The Results
Blonde produced and delivered a broadcast quality commercial.
Seamlessly dealing with all clearance issues and delivered the advert to the channels.
It was filmed in 2 days and all post-production and submission to Clearcast completed in 5 days.
We created an emotive film beautifully shot and acted, with a voice-over from esteemed British Actor Sylvia Syms OBE.
The film was exceptionally well received by the Charity.
