Matty Melvin is an experienced Director/Producer whose work includes fashion films, branded content and documentaries as well as corporate and commercial films for broadcast and online distribution.
As a director his focus is always on delivering high aesthetics but his creative briefs are thorough and well designed with budgets and target audiences in mind. He has directed and produced films for many high end brands such as Davidoff, Lexus, McLaren, Aston Martin, Adidas, Reckless Wolf, Peroni and Dixons Carphone Warehouse, as well as three feature documentaries following the infamous Gumball Rally.
In 2016 Matty was one of 15 directors to be asked to submit films for Vogue’s 100-year bicentenary. The films were part of the exhibition which ran for three months in the National Portrait Gallery.
As a former Creative Director Matty brings his experience working with brands to all his projects when writing treatments and producing creative solutions. This includes vast knowledge of marketing/ communication strategies and branding as well as his meticulous creative dexterity and visual style.
