The Difference You Can Make

Campaign creative, hero film & social cut-downs for Young Epilepsy

A powerful call to action – driven by real voices, real memories, and real change

We worked with Young Epilepsy to create The Difference You Can Make – a bold and emotionally charged campaign film, designed to move hearts and unlock support from new and existing supporters.

At the heart of the brief was a simple truth: epilepsy can be one of the most frightening and isolating conditions a young person can face.

The aim of the campaign was to show what life with epilepsy really looks like – and to inspire viewers to help change that reality.

The film opens with raw, cinematic portraits of young people living with epilepsy – each rooted in a memory of fear, trauma or isolation.

We hear their inner voices as they re-live some of their most difficult moments: the panic of a first seizure, the pain of social exclusion, the frustration of not being believed by teachers, the despair of being bullied or left behind.

Each story is real. Each location – from classrooms to exam halls to hospital corridors – is based on lived experience.

But this isn’t where their stories end.

As the film progresses, the soundscape shifts. The tone lifts. And we hear – from the same young people – how Young Epilepsy helped turn their stories around.

Whether it’s access to specialist education, inclusive school support, life-saving health interventions or simply being part of a youth network that understands, every moment shows what’s possible with the right support in place.

The campaign culminates in a unifying voiceover and call to action, tailored for use across different audiences – from philanthropists and legacy donors, to prospective corporate partners.

The campaign also includes cut-downs and participant-led edits, designed for maximum impact across all channels.

Your support helps children and young people living with epilepsy to live safer, healthier and happier lives.

Together, we create possible.
