Gilead – HIV Together Voices – George House Trust

HIV Together: Voices – Stories that shape change.
Blonde worked with AKT health to create this film for Gilead Sciences and the George House Trust.
Telling the Wider Story
Following on from our work on Gilead’s Together Voices campaign, the conversation continued.
This time, the brief was to spotlight the everyday work of one of the UK’s most vital HIV support organisations, the George House Trust. The charity provides advice, information and key support for people living with HIV in Manchester and Liverpool. Their mission is help people living with HIV live healthy, confident lives — free from stigma, shame or silence.
A Day in the Life
We wanted to capture something real — unfiltered and honest.
So we built the creative around a single day. A documentary approach inspired by 24 Hours in A&E, giving space for the work — and the people — to speak for themselves.
One day.
Inside George House Trust.
The frontline of support, community, and care.
We filmed everything as it unfolded: meetings, phone calls, support sessions. Alongside this, we sat down with some of the people who make the Trust what it is — their voices grounding the film in lived experience, empathy, and truth.
The Work
From this single shoot day, we crafted a 15-minute documentary-style hero film — telling the story of George House Trust’s impact through a deeply human lens.
Alongside the main piece, we produced short teaser edits tailored for social media — offering quick, powerful glimpses into the charity’s work and driving traffic to the full film.
Together Voices
The film now lives as part of Gilead’s Together Voices campaign — expanding its reach and bringing George House Trust’s story to a wider audience.
It’s a story about what’s working.
About people doing the work.
And about what happens when support meets understanding.
